New Visions Dojo is partnering with Autumn Trimble to offer Morning Movement & Fitness classes for kids and adults!
Kids can embark on Ninja Movement Missions to gain balance, strength, flexibility, and coordination in their movement — all to the beat of an engaging, follow-along story!
Adults, you can add Cross Training through a warming Open Up class, or break a great sweat with Intensity. These movement and fitness classes are a great way to add variety to your workouts, or strengthen one area of your existing fitness endeavors, like balance, strength, posture, flexibility, or coordination.
Come workout with Autumn Tuesday and Thursday mornings at New Visions Dojo. Classes begin July 11.
Lesson packs are available for purchase on site. Please arrive 10 minutes early for your first class to register.
A native Nashvillian, Autumn enjoys variety, new experiences, and being active. Her fitness experience includes barre, pilates, mobility training, HIIT, martial arts, weight training, and more! She brings this experience as well as her anatomy and kinesiology education from her master’s of occupational therapy degree. Through years of practice and learning, Autumn has learned how to push the limit without going too far.
