Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced designations reflect skill and training levels. Age ranges for these classes are variable. Please speak with an instructor about which class best fits your child.
Expected attendance is twice/week. Students should make up missed classes, keeping their attendance up to date and ensuring exposure to all aspects of the curriculum. Generally, classes include calisthenics, stretching, and self defense, and may include on any given day: kihon, kata, and kumite.
**Our new Beginner (pre)Teen Class is Monday/Wednesday at 6:45pm. This class is generally for ages 11-15.
